Bill Manger
Bill Manger is a proud lifelong Southampton Village resident and current member of the Board of Trustees. Having served as Chief of Staff to the U.S. Small Business Administration during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Bill led the agency to distribute the Paycheck Protection Program and provide over 5.2 million small businesses and non-profits with much needed relief. Bill was able to secure approximately $80 million for the small businesses of Southampton Village. Bill has worked tirelessly as a Trustee to unite the Village towards a common vision and keep the Village well managed. Bill looks forward to continuing that work as Mayor to restore civility, stability, and unity to the Village.

Roy Stevenson
Roy Stevenson first came to Southampton as a baby in 1956 and was blessed to spend every summer of his youth playing on the beach and swimming in the ocean. A Harvard graduate, Roy returned to Southampton after a successful 20 year career in 1999 as a fulltime resident and successful toy store owner in the Village. After serving on the Village Planning Board for 14 years, five of which as Chairman, he successfully ran for Village Trustee where he has been an integral part in drafting the first Master Plan since 2005. Roy hopes to continue his hard work as a Trustee and believes the Board must focus on consideration of public input and reasoned debate in its decision making and he pledges to be part of that process.
As a team, we aim to continue our proven track record in:
Maintaining the historic character of the Village
Controlling spending and taxes
Restoring trust and civility in Village Hall
